We offer your company registration for Travel Insurance for A1 business customers on the company bill - your company pays for the insurance, and on the private bill - the employee pays for the insurance.
CHOOSE WHICH EMPLOYEES ARE ELIGIBLE FOR WHICH INSURANCE COVERAGE
In case you want to pay Travel Insurance for A1 business customers to your eomployees , please provide A1 sales with a list of MSISDNs used by these employees. With each MSISDN, write which insurance packages you want to pay for the employee: only the Individual package or you want to give the employee a choice between the Individual and the Family package.
EACH REGISTRATION MUST BE COMPLETED BY THE EMPLOYEE INDEPENDENTLY ON THE L'AMIE WEB PORTAL
In order for the service to be activated and your employees to be insured, they must complete the registration themselves. The selected employees you want to register will receive a text message with a link to the L'AMIE web portal through which they must complete the registration. Registration must be completed within 24 hours of receiving the SMS. Announce this step to your employees and remind them not to exceed the deadline.
PROTECTION IS DEACTIVATED
When you return your travel protection is automatically deactivated until the next trip.

FAQs
- What travel insurance options do we offer your company and your employees?
We offer the following two solutions:
- Business travel insurance registered and paid for by your company for your employee;
- Private travel insurance registered and paid for by your employee on the private bill.
We also offer two insurance tariffs:
- Individually
- Family.
- How to register (activate) travel insurance for an individual employee?
Your company needs to decide which employees (MSISDNs) it wants to pay for travel insurance, and which employees it will allow to pay for travel insurance themselves.
COMPANY PAYS INSURANCE:
You, as the responsible person in the company, complete the Notice List (attached as Appendix A to the contract documentation) with the MSISDNs for which you want the company to pay for insurance. Next to each MSISDN, write whether or not you allow the employee to choose between the Individual and the Family package (the Family package is more expensive).
Submit the completed list to A1 sales, after which an SMS message with a unique link to the L'AMIE web portal for registration (activation) of travel insurance will be sent to registered MSISDNs.
The unique link cannot be used by anyone other than the employee to whom you have provided the specified MSISDN because the MSISDN and the link are related to each other. The employee must complete the registration by clicking on the link from the SMS message within 24 hours.
EMPLOYEE PAYS INSURANCE:
In case you want to enable certain employees to pay for travel insurance themselves, they must have an active A1 service VPN private account. Check if they have it, and if they don't, contact A1 sales.
Once an employee has an active A1 service VPN private account, they must contact A1 sales and request travel insurance registration. The employee will receive an SMS message with a unique link to the L'AMIE web portal for registration (activation) of travel insurance on the MSISDN that you have given him to use.
The unique link cannot be used by anyone other than the employee to whom you have provided the specified MSISDN because the MSISDN and the link are interconnected. The employee must complete the registration by clicking on the link from the SMS message within 24 hours.
- How to allow an employee to use the Family Tariff that will be paid for by the company?
For employees for whom you (the company) have decided to pay travel insurance for A1 business users, you can also allow them to choose the Family Package (additional cost compared to the Individual Package). This enables the employee to have his family members insured with him when traveling abroad.
If the employee chooses the Family package during registration, he can subsequently change the package to Individual in two ways:
For an individual trip by sending an SMS with the keyword "IND" at the beginning of that trip. The employee will receive an SMS message with detailed information upon starting the trip. The next trip will again be started with an active Family Package. For each subsequent trip (i.e. permanent change) by contacting L'AMIE by email at putnoosiguranje@lamie-direct.com
Contact your company's tax advisor regarding the tax treatment of the Travel Insurance payment for A1 business users on the company's account, for a trip that was a private trip of your employee.
- Is the premium the same for each country?
Yes. Travel coverage is valid worldwide, and the premium per day of travel is the same for each country.
